The candidates were selected by the Team for the Selection of Candidates on behalf of the Republic of Poland for the office of Judge of the European Court of Human Rights. They received a positive opinion from the Advisory Panel of Experts of the Council of Europe for the selection of candidates for the position of judge of the European Court of Human Rights. At the meeting on 16-17 September 2024, the list will be considered by the Committee of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe for the selection of judges of the ECtHR. If the Commission finds that the list meets the procedural and substantive requirements, it will conduct hearings of the candidates.
